Hey there WWJS Buddies. Do you believe that almost one year ago at the Browncroft Ladies Retreat was when we made the decision to join Weight Watchers first of the year? Look at how far we have all come. God has been so good to us. We formed a bond at that retreat that has taken us to where we are today. Praise God for my WWJS buddies. Thanks to all. I am so excited about the upcoming retreat. Keep up the good work.

Way to go Linda B. We are so proud of you. Congratulations on your 10%. Linda and I went to the Bills game and boy did we sweat off some pounds. Thank God we have been working out because otherwise I think that we would have died there. LOL.
