No turning back now. This is it!

Hey ladies. Please keep me in your prayers tomorrow morning. It is time for my annual gynecologist appointment. Two years ago, I had such a horrible experience with my doctor. He made me feel worthless because I was so heavy. It was the most humiliating experience of my life. I have been so bothered by this for so long. Since then, I have changed doctors. My new doctor made me feel much better but I still knew that I had to lose the weight. Once we made that decision at our Ladies Retreat one year ago, I knew this was it. No turning back now. Thank you all so much for making me believe in myself. I love you all.

I cannot believe that I can actually say that I have lost 50 pounds. It has been so long since I have been at this weight. I know that I have quite a ways to go but I do not feel so intimidated anymore. I do believe that with God, all things are possible. My wonderful mom has gotten to over 30 pounds and Linda B. went over the 20 pound mare. Great job Lindas!!!! Love to all.

Happy 4th of July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy 4th of July to all of my wonderful WWJS Buddies. I was so close but didn't quite make it. My personal goal was to lose 50 pounds by the 4th of July. I missed it by 1.4 pounds. I am praying that I will make it this week. We are all looking good. Doesn't it feel great. Keep up the good work and have a blast today. Love to you all.
